Our key strength: the 100% in-house production

In Armetal there are no external steps or processes entrusted to third parties. We manage each stage of the production cycle in-house to ensure quality and up-to-date mechanisms.
This strategic choice allows us to have a constant and direct control, to optimize the processing time, to respond promptly to customer requests, and to guarantee a complete traceability of each piece produced.

Made in Italy

Each Armetal product is manufactured in Italy, in our factory in Rocca San Casciano.
The value of Made in Italy goes far beyond aesthetics: for us, it represents reliability and constant oversight, the result of our experience, attention to detail, and a sense of industrial responsibility shared by every member of our team.

Inside the production

Here is created every sofa bed mechanism, in our factory in Rocca San Casciano. From pipe processing to robotic welding, from semi-finished products to quality control, each step is carried out in-house by specialized personnel in a complete, visible and transparent production cycle.

Deliveries without intermediaries, definite timelines

The autonomous logistics management enables us to be quick and extremely reliable. We prepare every shipment with the same care we devote to production, avoiding external processes and the involvement of third-party carriers. This allows us to guarantee our customers both punctual delivery and the integrity of the materials supplied.

CATAS is the internationally recognized Italian institute for certifications, research and testing in the wood and furniture industry.
